Domestic Shipping Policy
- Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
- We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
Please Note:
- You will receive an email notification once your order ships.
- Orders may take up to 48 hours to process before shipment.
- Standard Deliveries will take 4-7 business days for delivery once the order has been processed.
International Shipping Policy
- Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
- We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
- Please allow up to 10-14 days for your shipment to reach depending on the country of shipment.
Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns on opened products or products that have been used. If you are not satisfied with the product after use, we are able to offer store credit on an other item.
If you notice an issue with the products or anything in the order that seems to be out of place, contact our customer support team and send a photograph along with a brief explanation of the problem. We will review the issue and notify you of the approval or rejection of a replacement/refund. If your claim gets approved, and you require a replacement, we will have a new order shipped to you within 3 business days.
Shipping Insurance:
We offer shipping insurance on all orders at $2 per order. This insurance covers damage during shipping or non-delivery of a package only. To claim insurance, please contact our customer support team
